Another client who’s raced out of the blocks early for an amazing one month transformation. Haven’t even had time to get out the tape for the second batch of measurements!

It’s early, and momentum can dip over the course of a diet, but thankfully fasting and strength-focused programmes are designed with long term change in mind. The further you go along the course, the better you get at dealing with all the metabolic noise in dieting. 

We’ll be eyeing up deadlifts in particular over the next few weeks, and with this being so early into the programme, the weights will keep jumping. 

Fasting isn’t a necessity, but it’s a strong option for those who can find a place for it in a hectic lifestyle.
