- 60 grams Peanut Butter Powder
- 90 grams Protein Powder
- 30 grams Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
- 30 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 100 grams Chopped Walnuts
- 30 grams Psyllium Husk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, finally adding the chocolate chips
- If the dough isn't holding together, add a few drops of almond milk
- Mold the dough into tight balls and freeze them to set
