Before anyone says I sold out, I actually had this for dinner. Breakfast is wherever you want it to be. Try this at midnight, it’ll probably taste the same. Delicious.

Keto Breakfast Egg Sandwich

Equipment

  • Cast Iron Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 30 g Cooked Bacon
  • 20 g Chorizo
  • 20 g Cottage Cheese
  • 2 slices Leerdammer Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Over medium heat, fry the eggs before flipping and cooking the sunny side for another 30 seconds.
  • Set one egg down on a plate, and layer it with the other ingredients, before adding the other egg. Super simple! Season with some salt and pepper, and optionally have a drop of sour cream alongside.
