Carnivore Cheeseburger Casserole

  • 2 Mixing Bowl
  • Frying Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1000 grams 20% Ground Beef
  • 300 grams Back Bacon
  • 200 grams Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 50 ml Double Cream

Instructions
 

  • Brown the bacon in a frying pan.
  • Start warming up the oven to 200C.
  • Remove the bacon and chop it up.
  • Add the ground beef to the frying pan.
  • As it browns, add 60% of the cheese to the beef.
  • Meanwhile, add the eggs and double cream to a bowl and mix it up.
  • Add the beef to a separate bowl, and mix it with 60% of the bacon, and the cream concoction.
  • Put the mixture in a baking dish, flatten it out, then layer the rest of the cheese and bacon on top.
  • Cover it in foil and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove and let it set for a further 5 minutes before feasting.

Please add amounts in ounces as well as whatever measurements you are now using. We are North Americans, we didn’t learn metric. ☺️
