Ingredients
- 1000 grams 20% Ground Beef
- 300 grams Back Bacon
- 200 grams Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 large Eggs
- 50 ml Double Cream
Instructions
- Brown the bacon in a frying pan.
- Start warming up the oven to 200C.
- Remove the bacon and chop it up.
- Add the ground beef to the frying pan.
- As it browns, add 60% of the cheese to the beef.
- Meanwhile, add the eggs and double cream to a bowl and mix it up.
- Add the beef to a separate bowl, and mix it with 60% of the bacon, and the cream concoction.
- Put the mixture in a baking dish, flatten it out, then layer the rest of the cheese and bacon on top.
- Cover it in foil and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
- Remove and let it set for a further 5 minutes before feasting.
