Since training with Sama I have seen the best results in such a short amount of time. I am lifting heavier than ever before, following a detailed nutrition plan and focusing my energy into more positive things like mindfulness and getting enough sleep.

The style of training gets results. It’s an all round approach that focuses on the individual needs. Including diet and training that adapts to injury’s which are now a distant memory. I am stronger fitter and lighter than when I started.

I’ve been with Sama for a couple months now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. He has kept me motivated throughout this time with his feedback and also by tailoring my workouts & changing them up when needed. You won’t meet a nicer bloke than Sama which has helped me integrate into a new gym & now gives me the confidence to go much every day.
