Carnivore Creamy Scrambled Eggs
Eggs are a staple on an animal diet, and they're perfect breakfast food. This recipe is stacked in fat and protein, shutting down any hunger and giving you a new lease of energy for the rest of the day.
- 50 g Smoked Salmon
- 50 g Bacon Get grass-fed pork if you're able.
- 3 large Organic Eggs
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 15 g Beef Suet Alternatively add beef tallow, drippings, or just add more butter.
- 20 g Mascarpone
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Add chopped up beef suet and ghee to the frying pan, melting them over medium heat.
Chop up the bacon into small pieces and add them to the pan. Soon after, break in the eggs and stir them up.
Once the bacon is browned, remove the pan from heat and stir in chopped smoked salmon and mascarpone.
