- 450 g 15% Beef Mince
- 225 g Beef Liver
- 3 large Eggs
- 50 g Bacon
- 50 g Mozzarrella
- 30 g Chorizo
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder Optional
- 1 tsp Chilli Optional
- 1 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 175°.
Place the beef liver in the blender, and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
In a bowl, mix the beef, liver, eggs, and seasoning, before flattening the mixture at the bottom of the pizza tray.
Bake for 15 minutes, while giving the bacon a quick fry. Then remove the dish and add the bacon, mozzarrella and chorizo.
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, before serving.
