Brown the bacon in a frying pan.
Start warming up the oven to 200C.
Remove the bacon and chop it up.
Add the ground beef to the frying pan.
As it browns, add 60% of the cheese to the beef.
Meanwhile, add the eggs and double cream to a bowl and mix it up.
Add the beef to a separate bowl, and mix it with 60% of the bacon, and the cream concoction.
Put the mixture in a baking dish, flatten it out, then layer the rest of the cheese and bacon on top.
Cover it in foil and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
Remove and let it set for a further 5 minutes before feasting.
